From Our Founder
I understand that business involves real people with real emotions, and I don’t expect anyone to check their feelings at the door. The EOS tools give us a shared language and a clear structure, but it’s the human work that makes them land. I help leadership teams channel that energy productively: staying focused on facts, staying honest with each other, and staying in motion even when things are hard.
I’ve worked with struggling teams, navigated difficult dynamics, and stepped into organizations mid-transition. In every case, the goal is the same. Create an environment where the work gets done, people find meaning in it, and the Visionary can finally lead the way they were meant to.
Outside of client work, I’m a dedicated Boy Scouts of America Scoutmaster and mental health advocate. Those roles remind me constantly that real leadership isn’t just about business metrics. It’s about helping people grow and succeed. That’s what I bring to every engagement.
