A curated community of EOS Integrators sharpening their craft together

Monthly working sessions with six to eight peers who understand the seat firsthand. Guided sessions, live client situations, and relationships that outlast any single conversation.

The seat is different from the rest of the leadership team

Every other seat in an EOS company has peers. Sales leaders talk to sales leaders. Finance has finance. The Integrator holds the accountability for execution across the whole business, and there is usually no one else in the building doing that job.

That isolation gets solved by sitting with other people who hold the same seat.

The Incite Integrator Forum exists for that.

Who it is for

Practicing EOS Integrators, fractional or in-seat, who take the craft seriously and want to sharpen it alongside peers who understand the work firsthand.

Members come through the Incite Business network or by Visionary or Implementer referral, where a Visionary or Implementer sees an Integrator ready for the next stretch of growth.

Membership is by application. Every member is vetted for fit with the cohort and for commitment to the work.

How it works

Six to eight members per cohort, kept small on purpose

Monthly two-hour virtual session, facilitated by Mike Walrod

Private channel for questions, resources, and reactions between sessions

Twelve-month membership

$295 per month. Founding Member pricing locked for Cohort One.

How sessions are shaped

Sessions are shaped by curated content and speakers addressing the disciplines the seat demands: trust as an Integrator, the Visionary relationship, accountability, developing leaders instead of becoming the bottleneck, decision making under pressure. Members bring live client situations to every session.

The conversation the cohort brings shapes what comes next. Rather than a fixed six-month curriculum, the format stays responsive to what is actually live for members, so the Forum runs on real practice, not a syllabus.

What members get:

Membership is structured around the things that actually sharpen an Integrator’s practice: a peer group that understands the seat, facilitation grounded in current work, and a channel that keeps the conversation going between sessions.

Who facilitates

The Forum is facilitated by Mike Walrod, founder of Incite Business.

Incite Business works exclusively with companies running on EOS, placing and developing Fractional Integrators and stabilizing the Integrator seat so the EOS investment starts paying off. Mike sits in the seat with active clients, which means the Forum is facilitated from current practice rather than from memory.

Cohort One

Cohort One is the Forum’s inaugural cohort. Founding Members lock in Founding Member pricing for the duration of their membership. Cohort Two and beyond launch at standard pricing.

Applications are open. Cohort One begins mid-October.

Applying

Submit a brief application. We review each one for fit with the cohort and confirm within seven days.

If the timing is not right, or the cohort fills, we will let you know where things stand for Cohort Two.
